Also, if you are used to a certain lifestyle and you go to rehab and all you see around you is poor, inner-city people there is a cultural divide in existence that keeps makes it difficult to make friends and relate to others. (Not to mention how harmful and distracting it would be to the other patients to have a celebrity in their midst.) Rehab under ANY circumstances is not a vacation. ALL programs - from free to astronomical - are VERY regimented and involve a lot of hard work.
