Hi had a Bacon and Cheese 3 egg Omlette this morning. I made it with crispy fried bacon, a touch of minced onion, and a blend of seven (count them, seven!) cheeses: Cheddar, Mozzerella, Provolone, Parmesan, Asiago, Fontina, and Romano.

My house smells wonderful right now!
