I've been reminded that, although big, Aleister is still kitten. The two kittens have been up since 6 am racing about the house together. Kali likes Aleister's fluffy tail. I, on the other hand, am entering a state of sleep deprivation.

We had an Abysinnian mix live with us for a bit. Calmest cat I've ever seen. The dogs would sit on her and she wouldn't move.

Pets can do that. Jenis' rats would get very playful at night, running all over their 'condo' and spinning in their wheel. They would even fight and we'd hear that. Aye carumba.

And, our Kitty doesn't care if you are asleep, either. She has needs, expectations. She will go from bed to bed, if the doors are open, or even slightly open. She'll let herself in. She 'launched' off of my leg one night, while I was asleep, and gave me a big gash.

She will sit outside the door of whatever room she wants to go in to and let us know it. She is such a sweetie. All of your talk makes me look at her and think she is lonely.

That is a dangerous thought.
