Koop at the El Rey August 15

Just checking out the new El Rey Theater website and I noticed this:

Sounds interesting. Although just like in the Monroe thread, I must admit my first thought was why would this guy play the El Rey?

zapppop and I are in!

Um, who's getting there early to snag good spots? I can't get there till after work (6:30 or so).

I have zero idea how zapppop is getting there on a Wednesday night, but he says he'll find a way. He's been waiting for this show for years!

Hahah that was my first thought too. I have never heard of the "real" Koop.

The Theater is tiny, so most spots are good, but prepare for a lot of standing
