| I Floop the Pig | Maybe a bit of dijon in the dressing?

| Beelzeboobs, Esq. | I've been doing some cooking since I'm on break - today for lunch is some filo dough wrapped around a mix of salmon, feta, sun-dried tomatoes, scallions, capers, and probably something else I've already forgotten, and topped with a lemon-chive-yogurt sauce. On the side: spiced cucumber salad.

				            | Okay, so what you need to do is get that job in OC, move down here, and cook for us, because that sounds -fantastic-

| Beelzeboobs, Esq. | It was pretty fantastic, if I do say so myself. I also made some meatballs in lemon-egg broth (with onions from our own garden) and chicken marinated in a yogurt-cumin-paprika-lemon sauce. Oh, and I have leftover salmon wraps in the fridge.

				            | Hot spinach & artichoke dip with homemade flour tortillas. Still haven't decided what I'm going to do with the puff pastry I bought at the store today. |

				            | It's probably an orange chicken night. Love Trader Joe's.

				            | Not sure if it goes with the dressing but how about a few dried cranberries and some dice red bell pepper?

| I Floop the Pig | In process right now: Open-faced brisket (pot-roast style) sandwich on lightly toasted flat bread with a mushroom/red-wine paste spread (I'm still pondering how to concoct the spread), topped with julianned red bell peppers and lightly sauteed green onions. On the side, simple potato nests (that hopefully won't come out tasting too much like latkes).
