Don S. Davis: 1942-2008

Probably best known for playing Major Garland Briggs in Twin Peaks and General George Hammond in Stargate SG-1, Don S. Davis has passed away at the age of 65.

I am deeply saddened to hear of Don's death. I not only enjoyed his screen work, I ran into him at Ralph's a few years ago. He was incredibly friendly and eager to talk to one of his fans. We wound up chatting for about 10 minutes right in front of the pasta sauces.
