IoA used to be at least competitive, if not better. Last time I was there a few months back, it had completely fallen apart. It seems like they haven't painted or maintained the place since it opened.

do not pay attention to that big giant area of the park that's closed until 2011.... and your mostly correct. I don't know how it works the way it does with so less surface referbs, more just mechanical referbs.
