You'll find it under the "Publishing" tab in the "Settings" once you create a blog.

You can also just redirect a custom domain to the blog, and let the blog act as your website. I know of some businesses who have done that, and with the right CSS formatting, you can't even tell it's just a blog.

Then you're doing it wrong. You need to practice your vomiting skills. A well performed vomit should sound more like "hu, hu, ugh, hhhrrrrrruuuwoooosh, oh god, god dammit, hhhhrrrrrrooowooosh".
