Over the Holidays I did my thing at a house party open house in Laguna Beach and they had some really good tasting bacon.
The cater had glassed the bacon with honey and baked it in an oven

Our bacon never goes mouldy because it's never in the fridge long enough. Come to think of it, it's never in the fridge long enough to even get cool.

Oh, and Stoat: Thanks for reminding me. I'll pick up some more bacon tomorrow. I guess this means the Cheeri-O's with Bacon is off the menu for breakfast (for the time being, that is)
