We may head to the park over the weekend to see Neph. Other than that, just going to relax. A couple of days of relaxation sound very nice right now. I envision grilling something and having some nice cold beverages. The simple things in life...

Today, Chloe and I spent the day playing in the fountains at Jamieson Square in the Pearl District.....you can see the Fremont Bridge in the background, and you could see Mt. Hood, Mt. St. Helens and Mt. Jefferson crystal clear. Gorgeous Day......90 degrees and hot and dry. I stayed in the shade the majority of the day, but I'm lobsterish. After we got the girls from school, we went back until it was time for Cass's softball game.

They just updated the weekend forecast.....90's all weekend! Gah! We never have nice Memorial Day weekends!

Last week at this time, it was 50 degrees and raining harder than I've ever seen it rain. Ah, Oregon.

Anyway......Chloe and I (okay, so just my butt) ended up on Channel 8 news.

And so it begins......every summer we end up on the news....eating Krispy Kremes, or ice cream, or something stupid. Today wasn't as bad as usual, but WHY my butt? Ugh!!!
