I'd love to play, but I seem to have serious time management issues for this sort of thing. Any recommendations on how to make the time to write, think, and be creative?

For me its not all about time and if I have time to write. My deal is always been atmosphere and writing when my mind is right, and I can be in the zone. Though I do spend my away from the keyboard time thinking about what I'm going to do once I get there and then when I can, explode onto the page. So-to-speak...

That's the bazillion dollar question, right? The Wall Street Journal has a feature on the tricks of the trade of 10 successful novelists. Maybe there's useful stuff in there, maybe not. It's such an individual answer.
