In reference to this Ack! IT didn't work. But there was a thread that Moonie was referencing.

Pair 1 is still in excellent condition and still super comfortable.

The other 2 are still around but my jeans aren't long enough to wear with the heel height of any of them at this time.

Steve, Brendan and I have a couple of pairs (each) from this site, they work just fine http://www.scaboots.com/ and you could add some lace at the top and a spur-strap for the buckle
