The first time Susan made taquitos, Grandma (from Mexico) had taught her how to make them, except not enough information was given about how much meat to start with. I made not one but TWO store trips to pick up more corn tortillas, wiping out the supply at both stores (you can let good meat go to waste, so the only solution was more tortillas for more taquitos).

I think she made about 500 taquitos that day.
