Well, after more inquiry, he's very cute, but dwarf hamsters are also highly territorial and known to bite often, and get much worse if you don't constantly hold them. So, he's not the best option for our home.

There was a black and white large Dutch bunny running about our neighborhood yesterday. It's being fostered by a neighbor who is trying to fine a permanent house bunny situation for him. I guess she is quite the escape artist. I joined in the attempt to catch her and she disappeared - like magic.
