Whats with the oral sex poses?

So - I notice high school girls posing with their pointer and middle finger spread in a V below their chin with their tongue sticking out - for photos.

Back in the day - this had a very specific meaning. I'm wondering, has this gesture lost it's meaning, do these girls not know what it means, or do they know exactly what it means and are doing it anyway? Or was this a regional thing and no one knows about it but the high school I went to? (which I just can't imagine is the case.)

I'm sure some are fully aware, some have some vague idea that it's sexual and risque, some have no clue.

Speculation on facebook, when I asked there, was that it's meaning may have changed. (but that was without a teenager responding, so far.)

I'm not sure of how to look up the meaning of a gesture though. A quick peek at urban dictionary didn't show me what I was looking for.

I thought it specifically implied oral performed on a woman, but I think that about most things.

Well she's turning red, but yes she does know the meaning although she wouldn't actually say it but it was confirmed. And now she claims that was very "awkward" and has left the room.
