So let me get this straight: They're expecting people to camp out overnight so they can get into the Park on time to spend 24 hours there?

So as a practical matter the people getting the Leap year ears will not be the ones participating in the event.

I wonder how much they will be going for on Ebay.

Or will you be able to purchase the same hat after they give away the initial 2,000?
