When do I start?

I'm in quite the silly mood and I realize that it probably isn't the best time to respond to job listings. Having said that, I was browsing some ads and came across one that was looking for a creative writer. The ad posed the question "Can you make a mayonaisse sandwich sound delicious?"

So here is my response.

One of us will know the pleasure that can only be attained from a culinary simplicity, while the other awakes in agony, grasping impatiently for the all-too-frequently used bottle of antacid. I will choose the road less traveled, and I will be a better man because of it.

I doubt I will get the job but maybe I will brighten someones day just a little and give them a good laugh.

Besides, in my job-hunting, the serious, professional approach hasn't led to much success. Wouldn't it be funny if something like this actually worked?
