I feel stupid, but I don't get the OP. Does it have to do with emo music (which I know nothing about)? Is it a hairstyle thing (what's the deal with the flipper on his head)? Is it Emo Phillips? Sorry to make you explain the joke but I have no clue.

Well, I guess I'm lucky, I hit the link before NA's warning went up and I'm still employed. Considering our fax person was fired last week for surfing porn sites at the office.....the internet police did him in.

LOVE the Avenue Q song Prudence! Now I will have that damn song going through my head all day at the office tomorrow, maybe if I sing it they'll fire me? I wish they would!
