But if I'm not going to be ensconced at the LoT Commune, this would suit my needs fine, but the garage would have to be different, no need for 3 car garage. Turn that into a Home Theater with a lobby.
Small house Of course, I still dream of a craftsman or a little 1920s spanish bungalow.
