You know, I'm one who generally thinks that people get over-defensive about the issue of women's body image in the media (not that I deny that it's an issue, just that there's a lot of crying wolf that makes it hard to be honest about the difference between proudly being an attractive person vs. inappropriately defining a woman solely by her looks), but this even pissed me off...

"most unforgivable"?!? Are you freaking serious? How disgusting is that? First off, she's not even that out of shape, for crying out loud. But more importantly, while she certainly invited the opportunity to make it an issue by coming out in underwear and bra, "most unforgivable"?!?! There's a lovely message. "It would have been alright for her to be a total burnout and squander the few talents she did genuinely have, if only she had remained hot!"

Jerks.

That said, her performance was horrible. I've never liked her music, but I'd never argue against her ability to put on a show. Watching that video was just tragic.

Umm, and the Indy title sucks too.
