Well, if a certain condo* hadn't been sold out from under us while my client and I were preparing an offer, we might already be looking at this
 Now I have to wait until something else comes along (nothing good on the market right now) for him, or for some of my other clients to be ready to write an offer on something.(*It was such a nice place too, gonna be hard to beat.)
