I believe that I've even been quoted here saying things I've never come close to saying....like "Thanks to the miracle of science, I have the sphincter of a 20 year old.".

Makes me laugh, but i never said it. until now. And if it gets quoted, I suppose it's now legit. If I mention myself being misquoted or denying I said it does that mean I can be quoted as having said it if I reference the quote in question?
