Dear Nephy,

The only thing I can add to this huge storm in a teacup (apart from the inclusion of an Animal category Kevy Baby you $hithead) is that you may have given the person that upset you the satisfaction of knowing that they have.

The PM route was the one to use, but I understand that when folks get offended, they don't always see all of the options...and from that perspective, it has been a useful observation.
