Or here's a brainstorm I had over lunch: Instead of the Disneyland Top 10, how about The Disneyland Dozen - featuring two from each Magic Kingdom Decade plus two that have been there since opening day! Two waves of 6 attractions each. Manageable and fun.

Now we can include Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room in its rightful place as a highlight of Disneyland's First Decade. We can then celebrate the new additions to The Jungle Cruise as an opening day attraction, and the one that's had the most revisions and additions since then. And we can add another sentimental favorite from opening day - - what will it be? The Mark Twain, the Disneyland Railroad, Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, Peter Pans' Flight, The Mad Tea Party, King Arthur Carrousel??? Oooh, so many good originals to choose from - that we simply must add Opening Day attractions as its own "category" separate and apart from the subsequent five decades of Disneyland development.
