Our condo complex is fairly isolated from everyone else in terms of trick or treat paths and I don't think there are any kidlets in our complex.

I heard on the radio this morning about a guy who always buys cheap candy on the clearance sales after Halloween each year to use the following year to give to these kind of kids.

Crappy costume = crappy candy
