That sounds delish. I like the lime cilantro rice on mine. I love their corn salsa and have been inspired to make versions of it at home including a sort of corn salsa with chunky avocado - not quite a salsa and not quite a guac.

Damn. Now I'm craving that.

Tonight for dinner was going to be teryaki chicken, rice and sauteed veggies - but someone else wants meatloaf so it may end up that instead. Whatever.
