Where do I find "Goth" Clothes in L.A.?

After Bats Day at the park yesterday I really have been wanting to "update" my old goth look. Back when I lived in Salt Lake I knew all the little shops you could go to to get your goth stuff but as the scene seemed to die out there so did the shops so I have been without new goth apparel for about 4 years now. Until yesterday I thought the goth scene was dead, how wrong I was! Anyway I know that there are some pretty cool places in L.A. to get your goth fix but I would not know where to start! I am going for is the victorian goth look, velvet frock coats, old style shirts and ties, waist coats and maybe even a top hat! Any online shops would be good too, thanks everyone!
