When I drink soda, I've been trying to stick to Fresca and Diet Coke w/ Splenda. I find it to be the best of the diet colas. Sometimes though, I just get a craving for a regular coke.
At least I have cut back from my 3 or 4 soda a day habit. I try to only allow myself one can per day and drink water the rest of the time. I should probably give up my Peet's coffee as well but that just isn't going to happen anytime soon. |
