I wouldn't hate it so much if I'd had warning. Instead, my 3-times-a-day weather bulletin assured me last night that there might be some flakes, but that the ground was way too warm from our recent 60 degree days for any accumulation. LIAR LIAR PANTS ON FIRE!!!!

Of course, it's my own fault for not following the Seattle rule - if they say it will definitely snow, nothing will happen. If they say don't worry, no accumulation? Might as well put on your chains now.
