Definitely the internet...specifically The LoT, www.puzzle.jp/index-e.html , Dave Berry's Weblog, MSNBC, and various comic strip websites. I would go insane.

Radio. Kevin and Bean in the morning, various lunch shows (usually STAR's 80s, but sometimes Jonsie's Jukebox), and KCRW for the ride home. That's assuming I haven't rotated the CDs in my car in a while. A CD often substitutes for all of those.

That's really it in terms of every day needs. My cup or 2 of earl gray used to be on the list, but I put an end to that the day I got a headache and nauseated because I didn't have my cup. Now it's about once a week that I have one.
