Ok, I'm at home. The test failed (got the same error message).
So I live chatted, and it worked (as you can see). I told her that there were several Earthlink customers with this same problem, but I don't know that she will forward that to the complaint dept. She had me choose a prefered DNS Server, and an Alternate DNS Server. So after I plugged that in it worked fine. I'd give the server numbers, but it may be different for some people, and my not be nice to post in a chat room (just in case). So, I suggest going to the live chat if you have Earthlink. It's a shame they put their customers through this.
