I don't have a problem with it, though it generally works better when played comedically (haven't seen this ad so maybe it is).

Audrey Hepburn probably shilled for crap when she was alive, so I've not much problem with her shilling for crap when she's dead. And it is more dignified than having her photo schilled out as a piece of kitsch on ugly handbags and whatnot.
