Just some advice from my experiences with another group of camping friends and our repeated attempts to get weekend trips scheduled.
A date will never be reached by committee. Somebody just needs to stand up and say "This is the weekend I will be there, I've reserved two sites [if reservations have been made], hope to see you there." |
