The Muppet Show: Season 2 = Aug. 7th!

2 years after the release of the first season set, The Muppet Show: Season 2 will be released on DVD August 7th.

The second season was supposed to be released Feb. 21, 06 but was delayed. From what I've been told, Disney took note of the fans that were not pleased that the season one sets were edited and decided to take the time to work out the legal rights to all the music. This has caused over a 1 year delay but it looks like season two will be complete.

The box art was released recently and on the side it reads

• The Muppet Valentine Show - This is THE original pilot episode that was promised on the season 1 sets but was not included. Mia Farrow plays herself.
• The Muppets On The Muppets - The Muppets give themselves personal interviews.
• Weezer & The Muppets - "more than just a music video!" (don't what that means)

Yay! Season two is finally on the way!
