I think it's a guy thing. Or a geek thing. It all started with a movie day at my place and our ginormous HDTV. The end result was FIOS, a new ginormous HDTV and remodeled living room (to better fit the new HDTV). Next up is flooring and new furniture. And a new DVD player to play DVDs on the TV.

For what it's worth we also notice a huge improvement in internet connectivity and speeds. There are times when there are 5 laptops on the network and we're all zipping along.

What ever *thing* it is, it's sure fun.
