For most of today I had a mug of tea (with sugar), 6 Swedish fish, and a small bag of candied pineapple. And a lot of adrenalin.
Then for dinner I had a 6 inch subway, half a bag of chips.....and a giant movie popcorn with extra butter, giant soda of doom, and dark chocolate M&Ms. I feel a little off now. I wonder why?
