1. How many actual paper checks per month would you say you write on average? (Do NOT include online bill pay services).

1-2 checks per month

2. What is the split between household bill paying and still using them in stores at point of sale?

I haven't used a check in a store in years. So, then, 100% bill-paying.

3. Do you regularly use checks in a way that wouldn't seem to fall under either category in question 2? If so, please share if you're willing.

Only if I'm paying a person directly (i.e., paying back for something they bought for me, paying a photographer for their services, etc.

4. How many accounts do you write checks against?

I suppose, in theory, I could use two accounts (my old solo account, and our joint account.) I don't, though, I just use the one.
