I finally decided that yes, I am going to cook something, even though I will be spending the holiday family free.
Apricot Glazed Cornish Hen (stuffed with apricot & sausage stuffing) veggies TBA and, of course, pie! I am sure I will break down shopping today and buy a can of cranberry sauce. Typically I do make home made from fresh, but this year, the desires to do so is not so much!
