The thread on Amazon filler items led to a review of an item that contained this quote:

"Also some recipes use "rennet tablets" something that I'm not familiar with."

The person must be on the net to write the review, therefore why couldn't they have done a google search on the words "Rennet Tablet" ???

...sometimes I think people are missing the boat!
