So, with 5 people involved (officiant, couple, witnesses), the ONLY reason the exact wording could possibly matter is if someone decides to argue for an annulment. And in a court, I imagine a valid signed marriage license is going to hold a lot more weight than "he said/she said" testimony with sentence diagrams concerning whether the exact right question was asked. For all practical purposes, it's the signed contract that matters.
