PBDA was in the Park Saturday night..

...and it was a lot of fun.

PBDA (the Pasadena Ballroom Dance Assn.) never has a dance on Easter Eve because the church uses the hall we usually dance in so I always head to Disneyland instead. Sometimes I run into other dancers I know, sometimes I don't. Last night we all had the same idea and about 25 other dancers I know from classes and Saturday night dances were at Plaza Gardens. There was a good mix of men and women (usually there's a shortage of men) and the dancing was great!

The band was one of my favorites, the Erik Ekstrand Ensemble, with Erik dressed in yellow and lavender like a very swanky Easter egg. At one point Chip and Dale and Mickey all joined the dancers. (Chip and Dale do a very cool cha cha.)
