According to Buzz Out Loud this meme officially jumped the shark when Youtube rickrolled everybody on April Fools Day.

But I can't really get tired of this one. I actually like the song. So the more I hear it the better. It's much much MUCH better than goatse, bathtub girl, or two girls one cup.
