All of the mentioned activities in SJC are walking distance. You can drink on the train and re-fuel anywhere along the way.
If it turns out that most people can only do earlier activities, we can come to my house for a summer patio drink after lunch and then onto the rest. This would take less time than the BBQ, which will not be cancelled, but which is already looking like it will have less people.
