I have a FiOS DVR as well. My biggest problem so far is that it stops recording anytime there is a public service announcement. I'm going to call them next week and see about getting it replaced.
The new units supposedly have their USB ports unblocked, meaning you should be able to use an external USB drive to increase your storage. You can buy a 1TB drive for less than $200. |
