Love That Hat !!
Well, Today was Melbourne Cup day - the BIG horse-race of Australia, where the whole country comes to a complete standstill at 3pm to watch, and the state it's held in (VIC) gets a public holiday.
Traditionally, "Fashions On The Field" are always of huge importance, and many workplaced have their own fashion parades and Hat Parades. Today I broke the mold. In my hand-made creation (yes, really) in a style I can only describe as "Cecil Beaten" (Spelling deliberate) I wowed the folks, winning the "Most Creative" category. Here's the hat in question (Apologies for the blurring for Privacy):
