I think that for basics (water,milk, bread, eggs, etc) we could all bring whatever we would normally consume individually, plus a bit extra in case someone forgets something or we get snowed in and we don't want to go into Donner Party mode.

We could then rough out a meal schedule and have people sign up, maybe in teams due to the large number in our group. The camping wiki was cool, but a Google page would work as well.
