On Monday evening April 13th, cast members from the Broadway National Tour of "Mamma Mia" will trade in their spandex and platform shoes for loofas and shower caps at "Shower Songs--Guilty Pleasures from Bathrooms Across the Country" a one night only benefit concert for Broadway Cares / Equity Fights AIDS. This eclectic evening of songs with music directed by Bill Congdon will take place at West Hollywood's iconic venue The Abbey (629 N Robertson Blvd, West Hollywood, CA) at 8PM and will feature a special performance by the legendary Candis Cayne (Dirty Sexy Money).

"Shower Songs..." promises to treat the audience to an evening of songs that cast members usually only sing in the privacy of their own showers. The guilty musical pleasures will run the gamut of songs from Celine Dion to Tina Turner. Scheduled to perform from the "Mamma Mia" National tour are: John Hemphill, Kittra Coomer, Nicole Laurenzi, Jennifer Noth, Ian Knaur, Stephanie Lynge, Katy Blake, Donnell Foreman, Adam Jacobs, Damien Smith, Natalie Gallo, Leah Joseph, Kevin Thomas Garcia, Bradley Whitfield, David Reiser, Liana Hunt, Ayme Olivo, Rachel Frankenthal and Eric Giancola. The evening will be hosted former "Mamma Mia" Las Vegas alum Vicki Van Tassel.

Admission is free. In keeping with the "Mamma Mia" tour, audience members are encouraged to "Take a chance" on some fabulous prized (including tickets to the "Mamma Mia" run in LA all evening by buying raffle tickets which will benefit Broadway Cares / Equity Fights AIDS.
