SNAP Disney/ Pixar Comics

Yes, I know - comic books. There's some new stuff coming out featuring the Pixar and Disney characters. Some of it looks pretty cool so I thought I'd share some links to sever pages of the books.

The Muppet Show Comic Book -

If you loved the show, this is an amazing homage to it's spirit. Reading it feels like watching new shows of the old series. It's really fantastic and very funny.

The world of CARS -

This one is pretty bad. Has none of the spirit that the film had (if you liked it at all). Not all that great but the coloring is good.

The Incredibles -

This series had promise because of the writer is well known. It's a good book but not as great as the film. Again, what I enjoyed about the films is missing from the book.

Muppet Robin Hood -

I've not read it yet, but looks good.

Upcoming include Monsters Inc., Toy Story and they just got the license to take over the Walt Disney Comics And Stories," "Mickey Mouse And Friends," "Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck," "Donald Duck" titles. Which is exciting.

They also struck a deal with the Disney Soda Fountain next to El Cap to sell the books.

Damn, wish they'd hire me.
