Something that complements green. You won't want to try and match it - you'll want something different. A nice gentle blue, maybe, or yellow (real light). On the sea-foam, you could paint the walls in light lavender/light blue/seafoam green in a sponge-paint pattern. That kind of suggests ocean to me. Maybe just blue and green.
On the darker carpet colors, you can use a more intense color, maybe a gold of some kind. Experiment a little. See what's under the carpet. It might be worth looking at. My hubby and a friend laid tile, which turned out to be not all that hard, and which might be an option for you. Doing the labor yourself brings down the cost. A lot. Bamboo flooring comes in sheets, which is supposedly not too hard to lay yourself.
