I came across this blog this evening and the information on it was so useful I ended up spending hours picking through it. It's all about cake decorating, of course, but it goes into great detail with recipes for royal icing, fondant, poured fondant, all kinds of stuff! Actually found it because of the entry on making fondant flowers... this site makes it REALLY easy!
